The Company is part of the MONTECO group and as such may take into account the interests of the MONTECO group in pursuing its corporate purpose. The Company may, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches and establish subsidiaries, participate in other companies, represent third parties, carry out any activity and conclude any agreement that may be useful to promote the purpose of the Company, or that are directly or indirectly related to it. The Company may acquire, manage, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
