The company's purpose is to carry out all construction, civil engineering, masonry and excavation work, plastering, painting, gypsum work and floor covering installation, as well as the design, renovation and realization of all kinds of construction projects as a general contractor, and all related services such as brokerage, management, expertise and sales. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all commercial and financial activities and make all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may conclude loan agreements with its associates and/or third parties, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
