The association offers people in challenging life situations socially integrative, inclusive, solution- and subject-oriented support for a self-determined and self-responsible life. The association allows people to grow as a system-relevant factor and provides development spaces where social and individual diversity are not seen as a disruptive factor, but as dispositions of a diverse society. The association works with cooperation partners from the social, economic and cultural context and enables concrete, situation-oriented educational, work and housing offers as a result. Furthermore, the association offers supportive systemic consulting and coaching. In addition, the association can acquire, manage, rent and sell real estate. The association does not pursue commercial purposes, is not profit-oriented and is confessionally and politically neutral.
