The purpose of the company is: a) to provide all services related to the installation of doors and windows, as well as the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding; b) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as to participate in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees to its associates or third parties.
