The management, operation, and/or leasing of public establishments for the serving of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products, as well as the management of tourist and hotel complexes, events, shops, online and ambulatory trade. The company may also acquire, encumber, and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without undergoing the LAFE approval procedure) if the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity pursuant to Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE.
