The company's purpose is to provide all consulting services, in particular for management, international tourism, purchasing and selling products related to tourist resorts, including tourist stays and catering services, as well as real estate investments (except those prohibited to foreigners by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)), property management and organization of group tours in Switzerland and abroad, advising and creating educational institutions, as well as managing any project and investment with social impact. It may acquire and manage participations in any other company. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to its social purpose.
