The company's purpose is to provide all consulting services in the field of business management, including the management and planning of consulting mandates as well as all administrative services (facility management); real estate expertise; all real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, management, administration and maintenance of buildings, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
