The purpose of the association is to support protocols and projects that focus on Play & Earn games and improve permissionless, decentralized blockchains. This is achieved through the use of a Proof-of-Play algorithm, which is promoted worldwide due to its unifying values, and in particular through the promotion and development of new technologies and applications. A dominant, but not exclusive, focus of the association will be on promoting and developing the so-called Moxy protocol and facilitating Moxy membership. To this end, the association may: support and finance suitable research and development activities and projects; promote and educate the public about new technologies; raise funds and finance internal and external resources; organize conferences and other events; and take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, related or desirable to achieve or promote the goals described here. The association may join other organizations and cooperate with them, as well as participate in joint activities that promote the same interests.
