The company may acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate. The company may engage in all commercial activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose and take all measures that seem appropriate to promote the company's purpose or are related to it. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which they are directly or indirectly involved, either through loans or other financing, and provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, including pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for a fee or not, even if such financing or securities are solely in the interest of companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which they are directly or indirectly involved. The company may enter into cash pooling agreements with other group companies.
