The Company's purpose is to provide administrative, management and consulting services of any kind to its sole shareholder, members of their family, or any close person (hereinafter the "Clients"). In particular, the Company may call upon and associate with any third-party service provider necessary or useful for the realization of its corporate purpose. In this regard, the Company may make all kinds of commitments and carry out all kinds of commercial or financial operations having a direct or indirect connection to the realization of its corporate purpose and promoting its development, including activities as a fiduciary for the account of its Clients, except for those related to the activity of a securities dealer, trustee and/or wealth manager, insofar as they are subject to authorization.
