The company's purpose is the operation of an automobile garage and all activities related to the automotive sector, particularly the purchase, sale, and leasing of new and used vehicles. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches or subsidiaries, take stakes in, and more generally participate in, all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; - carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, it being specified that any acquisition of immovable property in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners; and - provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its partners, to affiliated companies or to third parties.
