MTT Global Fondation

The Foundation's purpose is: (i) to provide services and supply products in the technological field, focusing on new technologies with decentralized software architecture, in particular (ii) the development and publication of technologies and applications enabling autonomous participation in multi-table tournaments and multi-table competitions (Multi-Table Tournament technology or abbreviated as MTT-Technology); (iii) granting licenses for the technology; (iv) issuing digital units (tokens); (v) promoting the user network of participants in the technology and applications (MTT-Ecosystem). To this end, the Foundation may in particular: undertake operational commercial activities and generate returns; create a technical application enabling the granting of participation rights to network participants, managing these rights and supporting the implementation of participation; create organizational structures that support the MTT-Ecosystem and execute their decisions; change the designation of MTT-Technology and MTT-Ecosystem at any time; support and finance appropriate research and development activities as well as projects, companies, and individuals through individual financial support contributions or set up and publish support programs (e.g., Grants); issue MTT tokens for the development of the MTT-Ecosystem (e.g., Airdrops); promote and educate the public about the MTT-Ecosystem, the MTT protocol, and technologies and applications based on the MTT protocol; produce and provide appropriate training materials, such as technical descriptions and instructions; issue, receive, use, and hold digital information units (tokens); contact various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities, or other third parties for the benefit of the MTT-Ecosystem; spend the contributions received and take stakes in companies; acquire, hold, or grant trademark rights and other intellectual property or licensing rights; organize conferences or other events such as workshops, developer events, and hackathons; host, administer, and manage websites and interfaces, and provide API technology; create sub-foundations; and carry out and promote all operations and/or participate in all transactions and, in general, perform all acts that are necessary, appropriate, related, or desirable to achieve or promote the objectives described here. The Foundation may in particular cooperate with other organizations and/or support them. The Foundation may achieve the objective through its own employees or outsource the execution of tasks to external partners. The Foundation may participate in other companies and create subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. As part of its purpose, the Foundation operates in Switzerland and abroad.
