The manufacture of custom-made joints in all materials for the building industry; the trade in all industrial supplies, particularly in plastic and rubber, as well as the exploitation and trade, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, of all technical process rights and all goods produced in application of such rights, and the provision of technical assistance. The Company may establish branches and affiliated companies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may enter into transactions with or in favor of related parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders as well as other group companies, including granting them loans or issuing guarantees, sureties, pledges or other securities to secure their obligations, even without equivalent consideration and even if these legal acts are in the exclusive interest of the related parties. The Company may acquire, manage, encumber and sell real estate, participations and intangible assets, in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
