The purpose of the company is: a) any commercial and service activity in the fields of sheet metal work, waterproofing, roofing, resin, insulation, coating of all types, installation of safety devices, as well as maintenance in these fields of application; b) any commercial and service activity in the field of renewable energies and, in general, any activity related to construction; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable (in strict compliance with the rules relating to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
