The company's purpose is: - the operation of leisure spaces on the shores of Valaisan waters, - all convergent activities. It may grant loans or guarantees of any kind to third parties or to holders of shares. It may acquire, hold or dispose of real estate in Switzerland or abroad, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may carry out all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
