The company can grant or receive loans from/to its shareholders, as well as from/to all companies of the same group, both in Switzerland and abroad. It can create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with the same or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell buildings, carry out all mobile, financial operations or services, and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
