The operation of restaurants, lounges, bars, snack bars or similar establishments, as well as any entertainment activities (notably the organization and promotion of musical events), catering for public events; the purchase and sale of shoes and clothing accessories, jewelry and all materials and products in the field of clothing and apparel; advertising, promotion, organization of events with a public or promotional purpose; import and export related to the above purposes. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
