The purpose of the company is: a) to operate a general construction business, including all renovation, painting and cleaning work; b) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as to participate in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
