Operation of a massage and health practice for the provision of medical massage, body massage, lymphatic drainage, and foot reflexology; organization and conduct of therapeutic courses; operation of a naturopathic practice; production and/or purchase and sale of naturopathic remedies and equipment and related legal transactions. The sole proprietorship may establish branches both domestically and abroad and participate in other enterprises. The sole proprietorship is authorized to acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real property both domestically and abroad. It may also arrange financing on its own or another's account, grant and receive loans, and provide guarantees and sureties for third parties.
