The company's purpose is to purchase, sell, trade, carry out transactions, exchange, deliver, manage, take in payment, transport, store, distribute and dispose of, in any manner, as principal or agent, crude oil, oil-based products, gas, natural gas, other petrochemical products and electricity, as well as to perform any other activity or provide any other service, including, in particular, administrative, financial, technical, industrial, consulting or dispute resolution activities and related services. The company may also, in Switzerland or abroad, establish subsidiaries and branches, hold participations and assets, and participate in any companies or legal entities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or are likely to promote the company's purpose, in particular, acquire, manage, use and sell real estate, unless prohibited by law; and grant loans or issue guarantees, warranties and indemnities in the name of shareholders, affiliated legal entities and third parties. The company is part of the group of companies controlled by the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine (Naftogaz Group). To the extent that it does not conflict with the company's interests, the company's purpose shall be aligned with the interests of its sole shareholder, the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine. Internal documents of the Naftogaz Group, to the extent that they do not conflict with applicable law, shall be binding on the company upon approval by the company's board of directors.
