The company's purpose is: a) to acquire and dispose of investments or other interests in legal entities, companies, partnerships, and enterprises, to cooperate with them, and to manage them; b) to acquire, manage, operate, utilize, encumber, and dispose of real estate and assets, as well as to invest capital; c) to grant or broker loans, particularly, but not exclusively, to subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and/or investment companies of the company, and to take out loans or facilitate their acquisition; d) to enter into contracts under which the company provides guarantees or assumes joint and several liability, guarantees the performance of third parties, or jointly with or for third parties, particularly, but not exclusively, in favor of legal entities and companies as referred to in the preceding paragraph; e) to provide recurring payments, such as pension payments; f) to undertake all actions that are related to or contribute to the above. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries both domestically and abroad, and may invest in other companies both domestically and abroad, as well as conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real property both domestically and abroad. It may also provide financing on its own account or on behalf of others, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
