The company's purpose is to act as a broker in the field of insurance and credit, all activities in the field of taxation, insurance portfolio management, general representation of insurance companies, as well as the purchase, sale, rental of built or unbuilt properties, construction, transformation or renovation of properties, real estate brokerage and management, and all operations related to these activities, in Switzerland or abroad, except for all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
