The association aims to promote and develop professional ice hockey at the highest level in Switzerland, particularly through the organization, design, and implementation of the game operations in accordance with international and national regulations. The association is a member of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (SIHF). Through this membership, the association is subject to the SIHF's legal system, to the extent that the association's regulations do not contain any deviating provisions. In addition to these statutes, the regulations and directives of the association in force at any given time are decisive for the partners. The association may enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the association, or that are directly or indirectly related thereto. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises, acquire similar companies, or merge with them. The association may acquire, manage, and dispose of real estate.
