The foundation's purpose is to preserve, promote or restore a site-specific diversity of animal and plant species. To achieve this, it uses the following means: Acquisition of woodland properties and adjacent green spaces (including easements); Acquisition of other natural properties and properties with development potential for species promotion, such as old quarries or water bodies (including easements); Renaturation and maintenance of properties; Raising public awareness of the importance of site-specific diversity of animal and plant species for ecological balance; Supporting species promotion projects by third parties. When acquiring properties, the foundation focuses on areas that require little or no maintenance in light of the purpose pursued.
