The company's purpose is to operate a shipyard, maintain and winterize boats, and engage in all activities related to nautical sports. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that serve to develop and expand its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
