The company's purpose is to subscribe to, manage, hold, finance, acquire, sell and transfer financial, commercial, real estate or industrial interests in any companies both in Switzerland and abroad, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
