In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, in the sense of a holding company, excluding participations in real estate companies holding residential properties in Switzerland; the company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; it may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also grant loans to its shareholders and guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
