The company also aims to provide financial and other international services to Nemoto Group companies and to coordinate them internationally, to manage or coordinate the management of assets internationally, and to grant loans and other forms of financing. The company is part of the Nemoto Group and, to the extent permitted, aligns its business activities with the group's objectives. Accordingly, the company may, in the interest of the group or individual group companies (including their direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries), enter into contracts, grant loans or other financing to such group companies, and provide security for their liabilities of any kind, including by way of pledges, security assignments, and security transfers of the company's assets, or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not.
