The company's purpose is to provide and invoice services and operational activities to Nestlé Group companies, the costs of which are distributed among the company's clients in accordance with the rules governing the Nestlé Group's shared service centers. It may provide services on its own as well as those it purchases from Group companies and/or third parties. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, pledge, utilize and alienate real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may grant loans, secured or unsecured, or provide guarantees or collateral to shareholders, direct or indirect subsidiaries, parent or sister companies or third parties. Furthermore, it may operate or participate in cash pooling/net liquidity centralization, including periodic balance adjustments, with the group companies to which it belongs. The Company may also do all of this without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest or other remuneration, excluding the Company's profit motive and incurring a concentration of risks. The Company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities suitable to promote its purpose or related to it, taking into account, to the extent permitted by law, the interests and general orientation of the group to which it belongs. In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company aims to create sustainable long-term value.
