The Company's purpose is the design, manufacture and sale of medical devices. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, and grant loans or guarantees to partners, affiliated companies or third parties.
