The development and marketing, including import and export, of goods of all kinds, particularly in the sectors of clothing, footwear, fashion articles and accessories, jewelry, perfumes and cosmetics. The company may provide complementary services and offer consulting. The company may undertake, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, any further activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, and thus carry out all commercial, industrial and real estate operations within the limits imposed by current legislation (funds for business establishments, art. 2 para. 2 let. a LAFE), including participation in other companies located anywhere or the establishment of branches in Switzerland or abroad.
