The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing and to build and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing in the sense of federal and cantonal housing promotion regulations. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. It is also allowed to sell plots of land or parts thereof. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire property or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses. The cooperative aims to promote communal and intergenerational living in several groups or locations of different sizes. Inspired by the description of the first Christians in the Acts of the Apostles, the cooperative seeks to share everyday life and live an infectious life as Christians. Through this loving togetherness of the communities, the love of one's neighbor should become visible in their environment. Resources should be shared and neighbors served from the heart. The togetherness of several generations increases the quality of life for all. The community can also offer a place where people in challenging life circumstances or with disabilities can lead a largely independent life.
