The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: - to provide all services and consulting, product development, as well as project management in the fields of new technologies and information; - to purchase, sell, manage and administer real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates, third parties and/or companies of the same group, if this serves its interests.
