It may be active in all real estate transactions (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, LFAIE), in particular the constitution (general or non-general), expertise, purchase, sale, exchange, renovation, possession, management, brokerage, supervision of works, promotion and operation of all types of land and buildings.
