It is entitled to acquire, manage and sell securities, intangible rights and real estate (in Switzerland, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and to conclude transactions that have a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose. The company is also entitled to carry out financing for itself or on behalf of third parties, as well as to provide guarantees and act as guarantor for its subsidiaries and third parties.
