The company may, in Switzerland or abroad, engage in all activities, create branches, acquire or establish enterprises with an identical or analogous purpose, engage in all financial, commercial, securities, real estate, and other operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may grant guarantees, grant loans or advances to shareholders or to third parties.
