The company's purpose is to acquire, manage and sell participations in enterprises and companies providing services, products, industrial, commercial, financial or real estate services, in Switzerland and abroad, in any form, as well as to finance similar companies or enterprises, subject to the activities prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Within the limits of a holding company, the company may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may also carry out all financial and real estate transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and make loans to its shareholders or subsidiaries.
