all advice in financial management matters, and may exercise all functions of trustee, co-trustee, administrator, executor, fiduciary and general agent, and in this capacity, acquire, hold, administer and dispose of, on its own behalf or on behalf of its clients, all movable or immovable assets, rights, securities or financial products, as well as participations and all other securities, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, guarantee or grant loans to its shareholders, affiliated companies, as well as to third parties (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
