1) The company's purpose is the acquisition, management and sale of participations in capital companies, provision of business consulting and advisory services, all real estate transactions in Switzerland, including brokerage, management, purchase and sale of real estate, real estate development, establishment of general contractor agreements, as well as retail trade, including import and export. All real estate transactions subject to or prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. 2) The company may: - sign any type of contract directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including any license and distribution agreements; - engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any business directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
