The company may purchase and sell energy and carry out trading operations related thereto. The company may also acquire, hold, manage, exploit and sell real estate properties both in Switzerland and abroad. It may also engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, of a commercial, industrial or financial nature, as well as participate in other companies with a similar purpose to its own.
