The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration and management of participations in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, as well as their financing. The company may also carry out all commercial, civil, financial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or that are likely to facilitate its realization, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitments.
