The purpose of the company is: (i) to provide legal services in Switzerland and abroad by lawyers registered with a cantonal registry or on the list of EU/EFTA lawyers authorized to practice in Switzerland under their original title, or by their professionally qualified assistants, these services including in particular the representation and assistance of parties before all judicial, administrative and/or arbitral authorities as well as the provision of legal advice and opinions; (ii) all activities related to these services. The company may in general carry out all operations and engage in all activities, in particular financial and commercial, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its main purpose and grant loans or guarantees of all kinds to shareholders or affiliated companies.
