The company's purpose is to hold a 100% stake in BGS Beteiligungs GmbH, a limited liability company under Austrian law, registered in the commercial register of the Vienna Commercial Court under FN 315041x. It donates all funds received from dividends, minus the operational costs incurred for the fulfillment of the company's purpose. The company's donation concept is focused on the education of needy children and young people when selecting beneficiaries. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries, acquire, hold, encumber and sell further participations and properties, take out and grant loans, create guarantees and other securities, and carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, both domestically and abroad.
