The association aims to promote the intellectual development, scientific research, and professional dissemination of Nooseth-Thinklogic as a practice of conscious thinking, particularly in the context of modern technologies and socio-technical systems. Its activities are exclusively focused on the creation, transfer, and maintenance of knowledge and expertise. These include, in particular: the methodological development and standardization of elements of Nooseth-Thinklogic; scientific research and publication of research results; organization and conduct of teaching events, expert lectures, and seminars (online and offline) to impart specialist knowledge of Nooseth-Thinklogic; writing and publishing books, specialist articles, and other informative media to promote and establish Nooseth standards; participation in and organization of purely scientific and specialist presentations and conferences; development of methods, formats, digital platforms, and tools for the intellectual mediation and application of Nooseth-Thinklogic; offering of further education courses and awarding of specialist certifications based on knowledge and competence acquisition; provision of specialist exchange and knowledge transfer to organizations, teams, and decision-makers for the implementation of the thinklogic in their processes and structures, without financial contributions or distribution of assets; cooperation with academic, research-related, technical, and commercial partners, with no main activity of collecting or distributing assets abroad for charitable, religious, cultural, educational, or social purposes; promotion of innovation, interdisciplinary exchange, and scientific discourse around the application of the thinklogic; research and development of standards to promote responsible interaction between humans and artificial intelligence (human-AI and human-human-AI), particularly to support thinking processes through Nooseth structures in hybrid contexts; development and validation of conceptual and technical frameworks for the application of Nooseth-Thinklogic in digital, algorithmic, or AI-supported systems. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit. Any financial surplus is used exclusively to pursue the association's objectives. Commercial activities and cooperations are only permitted to the extent that they directly serve the association's purpose and do not aim to make a profit. The collection and distribution of assets abroad for charitable, religious, cultural, educational, or social purposes is not an activity of the association and does not belong to its objectives.
