The association aims to: (a) act as a coordinator for the group, including setting the strategy and business objectives for the benefit of all member companies; (b) promote international cooperation and cohesion among member companies in all aspects of their business activities; (c) to promote quality and consistency within the group by establishing (i) group management structures and (ii) for interaction between member companies and their behavior; (d) to establish and approve quality standards for services within the group and to promote their observance; (e) to establish rules of conduct regarding the treatment of clients by member companies and to promote their compliance, in particular with regard to conflicts, money laundering and risk management; (f) to establish rules of conduct regarding the treatment of personnel by member companies and their interaction with each other and to promote their compliance, as well as to establish general principles for the group regarding personnel management; (g) to coordinate the common internet and intranet facilities used by all member companies, which will be multilingual as necessary for coordination, corporate policy and programs; (h) to initiate and monitor the development of new systems, procedures and processes for uniform application within the group; (i) to initiate and monitor research on topics of common interest to the group; (j) to recommend and support the development of and commitment to new services and products; (k) to initiate and monitor corporate communication and joint projects to market the services of member companies; (l) to establish and promote uniform principles and behaviors within the group regarding entrepreneurial social responsibility (CSR); (m) to strengthen the professional reputation of the group and its individual member companies; and (n) to exercise all other functions that arise from the aforementioned purposes for the benefit of the group and the member companies, directly or indirectly related to these or arising from supplementary regulations.
