The company may engage in all activities in the real estate sector, including management, brokerage, purchase, sale, development, administration, and construction of buildings, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
