The company's purpose is to invest in companies in the fields of biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostics and healthcare information technology worldwide, through the purchase, sale and holding of participations, the granting of loans and the management and financing of these companies. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and/or abroad, acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and/or abroad, and conduct all commercial, financial or other business that is directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
