Holding and granting of shares and providing other forms of participation for employees of the Novartis Group and Novartis AG, as well as other companies economically connected to Novartis AG. The foundation may pursue its purpose by distributing monetary benefits to employees or through its own programs. Furthermore, it may make contributions to pension institutions of the Novartis Group and other companies economically connected to the Novartis Group, as well as to institutions with the purpose of employee participation.
