Furthermore, it can carry out any other activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes. The company can grant loans or other financing to third parties, including companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these direct or indirect shareholders of the company are directly or indirectly involved, conclude cash pooling agreements with such third parties, and provide securities of all kinds and guarantees for their liabilities, in each case whether against payment or not, and even if these transactions are in the exclusive interest of the third parties.
