The purpose and object of the company is to provide services in the fields of IT, internet, consulting and marketing, trade in digital goods, agency transactions with goods of all kinds and management of its own assets. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in or acquire other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and engage in all activities that are suitable to promote its purpose. The company may, in principle, acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired for commercial purposes (thus excluding properties that fall under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad).
